Historically, I really struggled with my weight. Eventually I had enough and decided things had to change. I’ve spent 18 months researching how to best go about doing so. I was astounded by the amount of information available. Worse still, the amount of contradictory information and polarised opinions made it nigh on impossible to find a weight loss solution that suited my objectives/circumstances.

I wanted to lose weight fast, eat real food, not feel hungry, do training that I could enjoy and most importantly, I had to be able to sustain the weight loss. Not much then! It’s at this point that I took matters into my own hands. I distilled all of the relevant information down into actionable data and created my own “Weight Loss Program”

Losing weight is simple – in fact most people know how to and do lose weight. The real issue is keeping the weight off in the long term. Unfortunately for most of us, the statistics are dismal. Around 95% of people who “diet” put the weight back on, with a good number actually putting more weight on than when they started.

The issue is that “Dieting” is a short term event. Something you do for a few weeks and then you go back to what you were doing before you dieted. For some, they repeat this cycle of “Yo-Yo” dieting throughout the year.
